Q: How do I install the Hurling Holder?
Each Hurling Holder comes with easy-to-follow instructions. Installation takes less than 5 minutes and only requires, three screws, a screwdriver or a drill. Once mounted, it’s strong enough to securely hold your hurley, helmet, and a sliotar.
Q: Can I order the Hurling Holder in my county or club colours?
Yes! Our holders can be customised in a wide range of county and club colour combinations. Simply choose your preferred colours when ordering, and we’ll make sure it matches your club or county colours.
Q: How strong is the Hurling Holder? Will it hold my gear safely?
The Hurling Holder is made from durable materials and designed to securely support the weight of a hurley, helmet, and sliotar. Many players and families across Ireland already use it daily without issue since June 2024.
Q: Is the Hurling Holder a good gift?
Absolutely. The Hurling Holder is a unique Irish-made gift for hurlers, camogie players, and fans. It’s especially popular for birthdays, Christmas, and club awards.

Q: Do you ship outside Ireland?
No. Currently we only ship Hurling Holders across Ireland. Delivery times vary depending on location, but orders within Ireland usually arrive in 2–4 working days.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure quick processing, please make any changes or cancellations to your order within 12 hours. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated. Once you receive your order, you may return it for a full refund. Return shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
Q: When will my order be processed?
Our warehouse is responsible for all order processing and shipping. Expect additional processing time during holiday periods and sales. We process orders from Monday to Friday, typically within 1-3 business days from the order date, and ship them out the following day. Be aware that we do not dispatch orders over the weekend.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to increased demand, the delivery time for orders may range between one to two weeks.
The time frame for an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Total delivery time = Processing time + shipping time
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders will be sent to the fulfilment center for dispatch.
- Shipping time: Normally 5-9 business days
Orders placed after 6pm will be processed the following business day (not including weekends & holidays) Orders placed after Friday 6pm are shipped on or before the following Tuesday.
Q: What if I don't receive my order?
Should your order fail to arrive within 30 days post-shipment, you are entitled to a complete refund.
Q: Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
No, our shipping is limited to the island of Ireland at this time.

Q: What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive merchandise that is wrong, incomplete, or faulty, reach out to us with your order number and provide pictures of the item(s) along with any associated documentation upon receipt of your package. We aim to address your issue promptly.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed back to your initial payment method. For credit or debit card payments, the refund will reach your bank within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation notice. For any queries about when the credit will reflect in your account, please get in touch with your bank. If the refund hasn't appeared yet, you should reach out to your bank or credit card provider, as it can sometimes take a while to show up.
Q: Refund policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q: Damages and issues:
Upon receiving your order, we urge you to examine it and reach out to us at once if there's any defect, damage, or if an incorrect item has been sent, allowing us to assess the problem and rectify it.
Q: Returns:
If you're looking to receive a different item quickly, the most efficient method is to send back the original item and, after your return has been processed, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Despite the aforementioned points, should your goods be shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Similar to before, your product must be returned in the same condition as received, not worn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. Should it be approved, an automatic refund will be processed to your initial payment method and should appear within 10 business days. Keep in mind that processing times may vary for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund on your account.
