HoldGrip is a sports performance brand. We design specialised all weather high performance gear for Gaelic football . Our goal: give athletes gear that actually performs when the game is on the line.

3. What sizes are available?

4. Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide across Ireland, with international shipping options available at checkout.
5. How long does delivery take?
Ireland: 2–4 working days.
International: typically 7–14 working days depending on location.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
7. What makes HoldGrip different?
We don’t sell generic gear. We designed all aspects of our gear from the ground up wit ha team of engineers who also have a passion for Gaelic sports. Every product is built with features tailored to Gaelic games — like the anti-lost snap button on our Forty Fives gloves. Grip, durability, and real-world testing drive everything we make. We are constantly refining the products and the processes.
8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. Unworn items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
9. Can teams bulk order?

10. How do I take care of my HoldGrip products?
- Gloves: Hand wash and air dry to preserve grip.
- Socks: Machine wash cold, turned inside out, no tumble drying.
- Mouthguards: Wash down with warm soapy water and rinse clean, air dry.
